Visual Interaction Designer

Who we’re looking for.
We are looking for wildly creative visual designers with a passion for interactive design to join our User Experience Design team in Columbus Ohio. You will design future experiences for web/software applications, mobile, and physical devices/products fueled with customer insight.
What you should have:
- Visual communication and interaction design skills for interface design.
- Ability to design engaging interactions and visualize complex information.
- Ability to design and produce screen layouts, color palettes, typography, interaction mechanisms, and icons.
- Dedication to detail and consistency.
- Understanding of applied user-centered design practices.
- Expert mastery of standard software such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Thorough understanding of web standards.
- Prototyping and CSS skills are a plus.
- 0-3 years of experience, recent grads are encouraged to apply.
