Information Architect

ABOUT YOU:
We are looking for an Information Architect/User Experience Designer to act as the voice of the user on both content and eCommerce websites. This person enjoys partnering with the client, thinks strategically about their users and develops content and interactions that best serve their needs. You are someone who enjoys collaborating with your team, has an analytical mind and appreciates the extra freedom and added responsibilities of working independently.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
•3-5 years experience developing interactive products
•Experience developing highly usable, high performing eCommerce experiences
•Thorough understanding of user centered design principles
•Experience generating user personas, user flows and interaction diagrams
•Familiarity with diagramming tools such as OmniGraffle or Visio
•Expertise in structuring and conducting usability tests is a plus
REQUIRED SKILLS:
•Familiarity with usability heuristics and best practices in user experience
•Extraordinarily analytical and process oriented
•Able to communicate effectively with a cross-functional team
•Leadership skills and excellent client facing skills
•Strong presentation skills
•Able to organize and prepare information quickly while tracking to aggressive deadlines
