Our Client is looking for a talented product designer/graphic artist to own the UX aspects of our products. The ideal candidate will have experience in user design, graphics design and knowledge of web technologies is a plus. We are looking for someone who thrives in small teams, is looking for a tremendous growth opportunity and is excited about building the next great Austin company.

Responsibilities:

* Work closely with Dev to understand the limits of the technology, and always pushes those limits. * Design wireframes, high fidelity mocks and individual UI components for all aspects of client’s products * Create the basic web design elements associated with UI components (HTML, CSS) Graphic design for marketing activities such as web site design and marketing collateral * Shape Client’s brand image through the creation of logos, icons, color palettes, etc * Complete marketing activities such as whitepaper design, web site design and layout and other miscellaneous design-related marketing activities.

Requirements:

* Experience at web-based product design * Ability to take complex user interactions, and make them simple * Understands and utilizes persona based design * Can work without, but utilizes where possible, usability testing * Experience with HTML, CSS and Javascript (a plus)
