We need a Customer Experience Designer for a rebranding effort.
The Customer Experience Designer will rebrand the, customer email / written communications, and products.
The deliverables the will be responsible for include:
· customer website rebranding
· invoice rebranding and structural additions
· experience input to the user interfaces
· User interface design / customer usability
The ideal candidate should also have Project management skills.
Desired Qualifications
· Multi-channel retail experience
· Previous Consulting experience
· Experience collaborating and managing third party consultants
