We need a .com Customer Experience and Usability Research Consultant.
This candidate will:
· Assist Customer Experience and Usability Research Manager with the delivery of usability studies of interactive experiences for internal clients.
· Understand client needs and objectives and design usability studies to meet client needs
· Plan and manage study logistics
· Moderate usability interviews
· Analyze data and create insights reports tailored to audience in a timely fashion
· Support synthesis of insights across multiple studies
· Video editing skills to support development of highlight videos in insight reports
Required Qualifications
· Bachelors degree or related certification in Human Factors, Human Computer Interaction, UI Design, Computer Science, Anthropology, Psychology, or Design.
· At least 5 years of professional experience leading and executing usability studies for web sites, and analyzing and presenting insights to support customer experience design.
· Proven project management and client management skills.
· Excellent presentation and communication skills.
· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Desired Qualifications
· Multi-channel retail experience
· Previous Consulting experience
· Experience collaborating and managing third party consultants
· Advanced degree in Human Factors, Human Computer Interaction, UI Design, Computer Science, Anthropology, Psychology, or Design.
