Manager, Information Architecture

As Manager Information Architecture you are responsible for the navigation, organization, interaction design, and business/user process engineering for leading-edge Web solutions and software. Your experience in user-centered research, design, brand development, as well as content and brand strategy will allow you to craft award winning experiences with the help of a team of experts from yours and other disciplines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and inspire teams to create and evolve visionary multi-channel customer experiences
• Provide oversight and leadership to user experience teams
• Create user experience audits and heuristic evaluations
• Generate concepts and site structure definitions as well as task/process flows
• Generate user profiles and (test) scenarios
• Responsible for wireframe design and solution prototyping
• Present concepts and progress to clients
