Senior Interaction Designer

We are seeking an experienced Interaction Designer with passion for user-centered products to help create the best user experience for our customers! The ideal candidate will have an eye for how to make things better, enjoy working with cross discipline teams and be a passionate advocate for our customers.
Responsibilities:
Designing the user interaction model for new and existing Eventbrite products
Develop scenarios, navigational structures, sitemaps, user flows, screen designs, interaction models, and prototypes
Conduct requirements gathering, ideation and collaborative workshops as required
Work with product managers to integrate business goals and objectives into customer focused solutions
Analyzing usability of products and features
Collaborating closely with product, engineering and design throughout the product lifecycle
User advocacy and an iterative design process driven by user testing
Insightful and considered designs
Analysis and optimization of current flows & designs to address the consumer needs
Requirements:
A degree in human factors, human computer interaction, interaction design, information architecture, or a related field
5 + years of experience
Portfolio of past work
Experience working with collaborative teams
Experience organizing and running user testing sessions
Excellent communication, problem-solving and presentation skills
Commitment to a user centered process

Strong HTML, CSS and JS skills for prototyping
