The User Experience Researcher will execute all phases of the research process, from planning through moderation. We need a strategic thinker who can suggest research initiatives to push our products and our organization forward. The ideal candidate can also plan and execute guerilla-style usability testing as needed and quickly distill research findings into actionable recommendations for agile project teams. Your attention to detail and a strong understanding of working in an agile environment will allow you to grow within this group and within our quickly expanding company. Any equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience that fulfills the requirements of the position will be considered.
