Mid or Senior User Experience Designer - Warwick, Midlands

I speak to a lot of design agencies/consultancies and on occasion I think that sounds like a super place to work. This is one of those companies. UX designers looking for a rich and varied work life, balanced with very sensible hours and work loads should seriously consider this friendly and utra-successful firm.

If you are scared of dogs, this isn't an ideal place for you, they have a resident office pet. The offices are a converted barn complex - very rustic and relaxed. Rarely will you be working past your contracted hours, yet they manage to snare some very juicy and high-end projects.
You will need to be a upper-mid or senior level User Experience architect, with experience of IA and preferably IxD and usability research too. In fact, this is a nice role as you get a chance to work through the entire design spectrum, but don't worry, they have dedicated visual designers. You will be the standalone UX person but this is a digital agency, so that wont cause problems. Instead, it's an opportunity to grow a team over time.
