Senior/Lead UX/Visual Designer

A leading international software development company which specialises in the insurance sector has a opening for a Senior/Lead UX/Visual Designer.
The role
This is an opportunity to join the company’s product and design team, working on an exciting project to redevelop its clients’ application suite for both web and mobile.
You will work with in-house business analysts to build prototypes and wireframes to help specify the next evolution of the system.
Responsibilities will include:
Create wireframes and interaction designs
Produce rapid, iterative prototypes
Be able to draw and sketch solutions
Originate new user interface concepts and models
Create style guides and graphical assets for use by developers
Contribute to the creation and refinement of the following UCD tools: Personas, flows, scenarios
Research and define ways to make their applications more intuitive and attractive.
Help define the product by engaging with members of the user community
About you
You will have:
A passion for innovative visual design, and well-designed user interfaces
Good communication skills
An understanding of UCD principles and current best practice
A background in visual design, interaction design and information architecture
Excellent knowledge of Adobe CS suite and other relevant tools
HTML/CSS/JS prototyping skills
