- Individually (and with the help of your team), identify and facilitate out-of-project initiatives and strategies to improve the overall user experience.
- Collaborate with the User Experience Research team to improve our understanding of customers and their ecosystems.
- Serve as subject matter expert on the user experience, usability best practices, user-centered design, and our customers.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong people management skills required to inspire, develop and coach team members.
- Willing to get hands dirty – problem solving and creative thinking a must.
- Thorough background in usability and user experience best-practices and methodologies.
- Able to reconcile user needs with business goals and technology limitations.
- Demonstrated experience solving problems in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
- Able to manage multiple conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
