Principal UX Position: Senior/Lead UX/Visual Designer

A principal UX consultant is sought by a leading international design agency to work across the portfolio of its high profile clients. Industry beating growth in 2011 and an excellent 2012 pipeline means new talent is needed to compliment the established teams across the business.
An investor in people, our client is looking to attract a talented and creative UX professional who is passionate about all things digital and committed to delivering outstanding results for clients. As the principal UX designer you will be responsible for all web based applications that meet client business and usability objectives. This will include design research and modeling, creating design principles, developing personas and scenarios, producing site maps and task flows, facilitating design workshops and producing and maintaining all project user-interface specifications.

£65-70k plus benefits, bonus & equity
