Wolfram User Experience Team is looking for a talented, experienced User Experience Designer to help creating great experience for desktop, web and mobile apps.

Responsibilities: * Design innovative and elegant interactions for Mathematica and related web and mobile products * Translate user needs and business requirements into clear specifications * Analyze users tasks and research new trends in interaction design * Create flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes * Facilitate team brainstorming and lead design reviews * Collaborate with developers, visual designers * Conduct usability tests and analyze user feedback

Qualifications: * Experience in designing interaction for desktop, web and mobile apps * Strong technical background, experience in different programming languages * Experience in using Mathematica is a big plus * Passion for simple and intuitive design * Team player with excellent communication and presentation skills * Experience with user-experience research methods and usability testing * Experience in using OmniGraffle, Axure, or other prototyping tools * Attention to detail and a critical eye for visual design * Ability to work with multiple projects and balance multiple priorities

Requirements: * 4+ years of professional experience in designing software and apps interactions * Degree in human computer interaction, computer science, product design, psychology, or related field * An available portfolio or samples of work
