HTML Developer
at Wolfram Research (Anywhere)
Wolfram Research is looking for an experienced HTML Developer to provide cleanly structured code to deploy web pages meeting precisely defined graphic design specifications.
Responsibilities:
• Hand-code websites to insure pages are SEO friendly, fast loading, W3C compliant, and accessible across all browsers and platforms
• Designs are provided as Adobe Photoshop files, and developers derive the necessary graphical elements from PSD file layers to achieve a pixel-perfect look of the graphic design mock-up
• Work with the User Experience (UX) department to determine exact functionality of the website, following its wireframes
Qualifications:
• Experience in HTML, CSS JavaScript, jQuery, Adobe Photoshop, and PHP
• Prefer someone who has developed HTML marketing campaigns for multiple email clients and ensured that the emails displayed as intended in all email clients
• Experience using WordPress and/or writing plug-ins a plus
Requirements:
• Must have 3+ years of experience and be well versed in front end web-based development, excelling in HTML, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
