Sr. Multimodal Interaction Designer

24/7 Inc. is looking for a Senior Voice Interaction Designer to join a team designing world-class voice applications. Using Voxify\'s Conversation Engine™—the speech industry\'s most advanced voice application platform—he/she will work with a number of other skill groups to automate high-volume customer service calls in numerous vertical markets.
Candidates should be experienced in gathering, defining, validating and documenting client business requirements. Using 24/7‘s tools and methodologies, he/she will learn to quickly translate business requirements into call flow designs based on industry-leading 24/7 best-practices and validate them.
The Senior Voice Interaction Designer will design new and redesign/enhance existing high-volume speech recognition applications, interactive sales demos and non-interactive recordings. On-going application tuning activities are also expected to ensure on-going data-driven improvements in application design. The analyst, working in concert with client stakeholders, will apply proven, advanced VUI design techniques and principles to manage presentation of information, guidance, querying, playback, and cognitive load management.
