UX Designer

A top notch User Experience person. I'm looking for someone who's worked in an Agile environment and has experience coming onto a project already in progress. They need interactive designer and business analyst skills and must communicate well.
-Handheld and other non-traditional solution design and usability Multidisciplinary team experience
-Lab-based and contextual-based studies
-Remote usability activities/studies Gathering/defining user requirements to drive the functionality of the solution
