About the role: This is a rare opportunity for a designer who wants to help make an impact. The work you do here directly affects whether a village is able to get access to clean water, or whether kids have access to education and food.
Primary responsibilities include the rapid prototyping of new features and products, and working closely with visual designers and engineers to see those ideas through.
Ideal candidates will have...
- 3+ years of experience in UX design
- Past experience as a UX designer for a high-traffic consumer internet property
- Mobile design experience (both native and responsive)
- Ability to prototype with HTML and CSS
- Speed: Be it CS6 or pen and paper, you explore and test ideas quickly
Bonus points for…
- Information architecture experience
- Visual design experience
- Copywriting skills
- Past startup experience
