Sr. User Researcher

The Sr. User Researcher will work on product development projects, train and mentor colleagues, understand and define the fundamental consumer requirements for your category, and master and create appropriate research tools for optimum product development.
Responsibilities:
•Understand and define fundamental consumer requirements of your category and inject the knowledge into product development.
•Conduct competitor benchmarking and product evaluation to understand the competitive landscape.
•Define product options based on in-depth understanding of the consumer needs and competitive offerings.
•Support consumer centric product development from creation to launch.
•Make the overall consumer test plan for projects and competence build up and check that this is executed according to legal and regulatory guidelines.
•Master and create appropriate research design & tools for optimum product development.
•Mentor and train colleagues on new methodologies and skills to continuously improve the competence of the team.
•Promote consumer centricity within project teams and the organization.
