JavaScript Developer
We are currently engaged with a client in the Metro Boston area who is seeking a JavaScript Developer on a consulting to possible full-time, direct employee basis. In this role, the Developer will:
Develop Single-Page JavaScript Applications
Implement REST-based JavaScript web applications that work with large datasets
The appropriate individual will have demonstrated experience in the following:
Advanced JavaScript coding skills; advocate web standards, cross-browser compatibility and semantic mark-up
Advanced HTML and CSS skills
JavaScript developers experienced with Test Driven Development and functional testing of browser-based applications preferred
Good understanding of one or more event-model frameworks (Knockout.js, Backbone.js, Ember.js, AnglerJS, CAM, MVC, ExtJS). If individual has experience with setting up a framework, it is a plus but not required.
Must be able to provide a Javascript Object-Oriented modular code sample which also reflects how it was implemented.
