Full-time Wallet UX Lead

at Isis Mobile Commerce in New York

We are looking for a talented Isis User Experience Lead to join our Product team in NYC. This role is pivotal, as together with the Product Lead, you will have dual ownership of the product roadmap, product definition, and the end-user experience of the core Isis Wallet system. You will work with multiple stakeholders to create an optimal user experience for a digital wallet system that supports users, MNOs, banks, retailers, and service providers. You will need to herd the cats and connect the dots with marketers, salespeople, other product managers, designers, developers, and QA/testers who will challenge all manner of requirements and processes. In the end, your job is to make sure we produce a product that users can truly find useful and engaging.

You will be playing a key role in making sure that the wallet experience meets business goals and user expectations. You will be entering near the end of the first major development cycle, so you will need to get up to speed quickly and drive execution while building a thought process for how to expand capabilities and extend into future roadmap items.
