1) Min 6+ years' experience in design (preferably interactive),knowledge and respect for information architecture and visual design.
2) Experience designing enterprise business application workflows. History of positively impacting users through the design of your work.
3) Strong analytical and problem solving/design skills, clear and confident communication, process, and organizational skills
4) Ability to apply strategic thinking and business goals to design work
5) Experience with CSS, JavaScript, HTML and JQuery A PLUS.
6) Strong cross-group collaboration and persuasion skills and presentation skills

Primary Job Responsibilities ::::

1) Create interactive prototypes of core features working closely with other Interactive/Animation Designers and Usability Researchers.
2) Create user task models, understand and possibly tweak UI architecture, and wireframe level design.
Quickly iterate on multiple interactive design solutions and work through details.
3) Advocate for your design and work flow solutions by putting them in context of business and user goals.

Do you take pride in designing Enterprise Business workflows that could otherwise be very complex and make them MAKE SENSE and be intuitive to the user?
Do you like designing Business Web Applications where users can accomplish quickly and effortlessly what they had intended when they launched the Web Application?
Our client needs you to join his team today to work on integrating complex business legacy applications with
Windows 8/ IE 9 as well as play a pivotal UI/UX design role within emerging OS's.
Looking for a well-rounded UX/UI Designer that can conceptualize the big picture as well as have
enough knowledge of the Information Architecture and code behind the Design.
You should have a proven record of innovative thinking,
have a history of using design to drive new ideas and have the ability to drive others to make the great design decisions.
Design leadership is key to this role; individuals will be expected to provide leadership both inside and outside of the
user experience team as well as drive design work from ideation to implementation.
You should have a history of creating product designs that are user scenario driven and meet business goals.
At the core of this job candidates will identify user centered design patterns, establish scenarios, place designs into user context and
create interactions that align to those requirements.
You must be able to articulate thinking using a variety of mediums from information diagrams, wireframe flows to detailed prototypes.
While visual design skill is a plus, a solid understanding of the complete UX approach, including visual design is a must.
