Head of UX

Head of UX - London - £55,000+
My client is at the height of digital and works with an impressive folio of multi-platform delivery. It holds an impressive branch of clients from e-commerce, corporate, e learning and public sector.
Your role will consist of leading, managing, implementing, shaping and growing the whole UX department. Your role will be split into delivery, R&D, and leading highly conceptual pitches t with multi-platform solutions.
It is important you know and have implemented a whole range of upfront research to inform your desig, including ethnographic and contextual studies. Working across huge web and mobile projects, you will ultimately be defining their UX methodology. It is vital that you can influence and prove yourself to be a great client facer. Being strong in brand knowledge and having experience and an understanding of how behavioural patterns and certain brands affect the user is off added benefit but not essential.Around 5+ years experience.
