DisplaySweet, a pioneering PropTech startup based in Melbourne, Australia, is disrupting the landscape of the property industry. This is your chance to shape how humans will interact and purchase real-estate in Australia and around the globe.

What are we looking for?
A talented UI/UX Designer to join our fast growing startup. The UI/UX will be
results driven with a solid design skills to undertake requirements gathering, perform research, create excellent user journeys, wireframes, prototyping and support the delivery to see designs come to life.

Responsibilities
Design flows and experiences that are simple and elegant
Work with the team to produce beautiful and intuitive designs
Work iteratively designing screens and prototypes to help define the product’s experience
Present designs to clients and stakeholders
Work with clients to understand the implementation details and dependencies for visual designs
Give and solicit feedback from other designers in order to continually raise our bar for quality
Ensure designs are implemented correctly
Partner with Project Managers, developers, designers and clients to oversee the visual design of a product from conception to implementation

Demonstrated experience
Must have a portfolio featuring examples of interaction design work Web/Tablet
Knowledge and understanding of user centred design process fundamentals and methodologies
Able to create user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes ,rich interactions and high quality deliverables
Can demonstrate the evolution and creation of concepts in designing User Interfaces
Strong understanding of technical requirements for Web and native App. platforms
A desire to solve usability related challenges and find the most innovative solution to a problem

Technical skills
Able to deliver production ready assets using Photoshop (or equivalent)
Balsamiq, Concept, Invision, Exure
Accuracy and attention to detail
Able to work at high speed, multi-task, and manage multiple projects at once
Happy to learn emerging design tools/techniques

Education
Relevant formal qualification/degree in Design or Computer Science

General
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong collaboration skills with development team
Positive attitude and friendly disposition
Lateral thinker

Desirable
Previous experience or genuine interest in property industry a plus
