Full-time UI/UX Designer & Graphic Designer

Job Functions
• Meeting marketing specialists to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the project.
• Interpreting the business needs and strategy and developing concept
• Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts.
• Working with a wide range of media, including photography and computer-aided design.
• Strong knowledge of print production
• Create responsive design wireframes for websites and mobile apps
• Partner with outside agencies to create ads and landing pages that align with campaign goals and audiences
• Work with digital teams to create multiple creative variations for A/B and multivariate testing
• Work directly with UI/UX developers to ensure designs are properly implemented, iteratively adapting and testing across browsers and devices
• Actively work with analytics team to identify and design user experience improvements
• Keeping abreast of emerging technologies in new media, particularly design programs such as InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop
• Develop interactive designs and animations
• Working as part of a team with printers, copywriters, other designers, web developers and marketing specialists

Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in professional website, mobile app and UX design, social media and programmatic advertising design, and print collateral and production
• Strong proficiency in Creative Suite with an emphasis on Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Apple Motion and Adobe After Effects
• Experience with responsive design principles and software like Adobe XD or Adobe XD required
• A strong and clean visual design sense
• Demonstrated experience in user interface and user experience (UI/UX) design
• Provide design rules/guidelines on all projects as needed.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• An exceptional portfolio that showcases solid conceptual, color, layout graphic design skills as well as wireframes, responsive design concepts, and mobile app designs
• Ideal candidate must be a highly self-motivated team player and a quick learner who is able to work independently and with direction as part of a team
• The ability to consistently produce high quality work and meet tight deadlines to complete assignments on time
• Must possess a positive attitude, a great work ethic and an exceptional attention to detail
• Experience with HTML / CSS required and familiarity with JavaScript and jQuery preferred
• Experience with responsive design and creating interfaces for mobile devices is preferred.
• A deep understanding of branding concepts and online marketing principles.
• Detailed understanding of marketing campaign pipelines including audience, call to action and purpose of each marketing project assigned.
• Must be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously, organize and manage time effectively.

Education:
Bachelor or Master degree in Graphic/Web/Communication Designs
